Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is to provide complete customer satisfaction. In case, if you're not satisfied with all the services provided by us, we'll refund your money in the below circumstances. Please read the details before choosing the services.

In case if you are dissatisfied with our services, customers have the freedom to cancel their services and request a refund. Our Coverage for your cancellation and Refund would be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

If the matter is not related to RTI Act 2005 but the customer has paid for the service then the customer is liable to notify the same to us within one day.

We will cancel the service & refund the amount after deduction of 25% charge within seven business days. No request will be entertained after one business day.

In another situation, when the application filed in our RTI portal site by the customer, it cannot be canceled. Nonetheless, payment made by the customer will be procured together with us, for almost any other RTI application within One year from the date of payment.

*Note: We have 7 days refund policy. So once the request is made for cancelation it will take 7 days to credit the amount in the concerned party's account.

Refund Policy for RTI Guru

After we receive the request for Refund we'll process it within seven business days according to the refund policy.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and also in the event of payment gateway title payments Refund will be made to the same account.

Note: From time to time financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. If you have received a mail from us verifying your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request.
